As a business acquisition specialist, your primary purpose is to create change and make an impact, right?
One of the hardest things to do is to not only figure out your role but to align your desire with that role. What I mean by this, so many of us know what we want to do but just don't know which route to take.
Just as a side note I want you to know who this Masterclass is not for.

Architect and Construct Your Business Acquisition Blueprint.
Getting the RIGHT motivated company is the most important thing you will do when it comes to bringing your first deal to a fruitful conclusion.
I am not talking about finding a company from a few of your close friends who are willing to sell at the highest bid; I am talking about finding the one business - from a motivated seller - that will allow you to hit the ground running without the stress and nonsense of running in circles for no reason.
Some questions may arise, such as:
In order to attract the people you desire, you will need to connect with them through emails and texts in order to engage, interest, and convert your prospects with the appropriate language.
Another important factor is to engage with the right person(s) the first time. For instance, there may be multiple owners or even family members involved. This is where you may need to referee the deal and round up the cats. This is not as difficult as it may sound; however, it will require skill and patience on your part to make things happen.
This may not sound important right now, but trust me ... when you have this down the right way BEFORE compiling your blueprint it will finally flow freely and smoothly with the least amount of frustration.
There are multiple types of nondisclosure agreements and we will cover most of these in the workshop.
However, it is important to know the general types which are - Unilateral, Bilateral, and Multilateral. And you must be quick to see that NDAs will have their discrepancies in various countries. (NDAs are more accepted in the USA, and the understanding and meaning of the contracts will vary in other countries)
This can also be a real test of your understanding and knowledge.
And this is where this program really helps because all of the brainpower that you need to administer has already been done for you. The workbook and the charts and drafts will be handed to you so you can "see" exactly how your blueprints(s) will work and how you will become a bigger fish in a bigger pond.

Why build a better mousetrap?
The confidential information memorandum (CIM) is used in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) to reveal critical information about businesses that are for sale.
There is a lot of misconception on how to write or read a CIM and very little information on how to prepare one the right way.
Some of the data you will need to collect will be the:
It is so easy to get way off track, so we need you to fully understand that the CIM is NOT a legally binding contract. It is more like the makeup on top of the foundation already applied by the business owner. In other words, the CIM is marketing material that will make a business shine brighter and scream louder than a simple plain business that is full of blah, looking blah, and will sell like blah.
Your job is to see beyond the makeup and through the foundation and see the business for what it really is and for what it's worth. The CIM is the initial selling process and pitching potential buyers. However, it is NOT a pitch deck. (More on that later)

One of the most frustrating things I have had to do is get people to understand how brokers work and the different ways they respond to specific topics. There are various ways to verify whether or not your broker is legitimate. This is why this Masterclass may not be for everyone.
There is a lot to learn if you have never worked with a broker before. Many people say to avoid them like the plague. We say you can learn a lot and even generate wealth through your relationships with brokers ... if ... you have an understanding of what makes them tick. The basic formula of a P&L report is as follows:
Revenue – Expenses = Net Profit (or Net Loss)
OR
Net Profit and Loss = ((Total Revenue + Additional Income) – (Cost of Products and Services + Operating Costs)) – (Interests + Taxes + Depreciation + Amortization).
The more you practice understanding P&L statements the more the formula will make sense. And you don't have to worry about this right now because we make everything simple.
The ultimate goal is to gather applicable information about a business's ability or inability to generate profit. How they increase revenue, reduce costs, or both will be revealed.
The P&L is one of the common financial statements in a business plan. It exposes how much profit or loss was generated by a business in a given time period.
Data found in balance sheets will usually be organized in accordance with the following equation: Assets = Liabilities + Owners' Equity.
With Balance Sheets, you can see - at-a-glance - what a company owns and owes. You can also see the amount invested by shareholders.
The assets should always be equal to the liabilities and shareholder equity.
Thusly, the balance sheet should balance information about assets, liabilities, and shareholder equity.
If there are miscalculations, such as inaccurate or misplaced information, inventory, or exchange rate errors, the balance sheet will reveal these errors.
It can't give an impression of the trends playing out over a more extended period on its own. Therefore, the balance sheet should be compared with the previous cycles.
The seventh day is the day of rest for some and the day to launch for others.
